How to use AdSense for Domains (GoDaddy Registrar) :

1. Login into your google adsense account, and add new Ads. Choose the AdSense for Domains.
   
2. Click Add New Domains
   
3. Fill your domain name here, and click the button
   
4. Login into your GoDaddy.com accounts, and choose the domain name that you want to use
5. See your name server (click set name server button A), it MUST use the first choice (top radio button). If you still using your own server name, change this into the first choice. If not, the DNS Manager (area B) will not show. Save it
6. If the DNS Manager (area B) still not shown, just wait little bit longer, then refresh your browser. After it already shown, click the Launch link
   
7. First thing that should be setup is the HOST area. Delete the current host, and change it with
   @ 216.239.38.21, @ 216.239.32.21, @ 216.239.34.21, @ 216.239.36.21. See this pic below
   
8. Second things is add the CName record. Put www as the name (delete if already exist), and fill the value with pub-xxxxxxxxx.afd.ghs.google.com . Change the xxx with your Google Adsense ID
   
9. Save and done. Just need time to see the result appears.
